My name is Dean, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing a difficult time due to ongoing health challenges. Living with Crohn’s disease and liver disease has taken a toll on my body, and recently, it led to severe dental issues. I needed multiple dental surgeries and dentures just to maintain my health and quality of life. Unfortunately, the costs were overwhelming, and I had to take out a large loan to cover the procedures.
