Help Dean Wesley Powell Save his Sailboat and Studio

Greetings... My name is Dean Wesley Powell... I am a former high school teacher and English as a Second language teacher... background actor ..for many movies and tv shows..I also had a massage therapy company...and produced a tv show called HIP TRIPS epic travel adventures on our local non profit station called Olelo ..here in Honolulu, Hawaii ..I had a decent income... then on October 20 2018 I had a fall on my Vespa scooter and it was at that moment my life turned upside down... Initially on October 20, 2018 the scooter fall resulted in being in a wheelchair for two years as it took much time to recover with a titanium rod as my upper femur ( top of right leg ) bone came out of the body skin and broke in half exposing my bone marrow to dirt and grass and air. I was immediately sent to the emergency room for a surgery. I had a titanium rod placed into the upper right leg. Healing took a long time and I was finally walking with a cane .. yet I banged my leg in April of 2021 and that made my leg swollen up and then an infection appeared. So what happened is I was back to surgery in April of 2021 and then 3 months of IV antibiotics..recovery from a surgery where the surgeon replaced the regular titanium rod with an antibiotics coated titanium rod with antibiotic cement to replace the previous one as they discovered my bone marrow was being destroyed caused by the bone marrow infection. ..So on the way to recovery and then by then had lost my massage company due to Covid and I was on SSDI (social security disability income) it was only a fraction of what I was earning as a teacher and I slowly but surely lost more income ..no more teaching..acting ..massage management or tutoring.. I was then on my way about 8 months after my second surgery to my monthly Dr appointment and I had a trip and fall in front of a building downtown due to some broken tiles that started my fall and I tried to catch my balance but could not . I landed on my head and right side .. I was going to a monthly Dr appointment in downtown Honolulu..When I tripped and fell on some broken tiles in front of the building..I again blacked out and went unconscious.. when I woke I went into shock as I had fell and hit my head and right side of my body ..I had a broken hip and my leg came out of the socket and it was very painful and shocking. I could not stand up, two people tried to lift me but my leg was like a spaghetti noodle out of the hip socket and then a strong security guard came to lift me up on his shoulder and I was now like only about 130 lbs from 163 from my initial accident back in 2018...so he got me into the elevator and to my Dr office ...I was crying in pain and soon was off to the hospital when the ambulance came and they took me to the emergency room....I had to have a right side hip replacement surgery with a upper leg socket inserted and during the surgery they discovered that the previous about 7 months previous antibiotics coated titanium rod was not working out and my body was rejecting the new antibiotic coated rod so they had to remove it completely...so then I learned that I had a brain compression and neck, back injury and the hip replacement and the leg issues and a very bad situation. Now after that my friend allowed me to recover at her apartment while she was going to Japan to take a vacation and see family ...when she returned I had to go back to my sailboat and stay on friends couches when I could .. now I am at a point where I am about to lose my boat slip and that will result in being completely homeless or in my case boat less ....it is not my best time ...I can't deny I am in severe depression and anxiety as I simply can't afford my overdue boat slip fees which is my last refuge and it breaks my spirit ....as I am so close to losing my slip as I just had my annual boat inspection and insurance and more ..it is really difficult to even express as once I got just one month behind it all went south. And now about to lose this sailboat that is the most affordable rent in Oahu ...as it really is only about $500 per month but with now all the late fees and now I'm on a temporary boat slip status all due to the downward spiral of late fees and current situation of being in a temporary boat slip situation that is much more expensive so I come to anyone who wants to help me save the boat that I have owned since the year 2000 this is a 28 ft sailboat built in 1974 it is a high quality sailboat and yet I truly may lose it if i can't get back on track with the overdue payments and penalties

...it is very humbling and it has broken my spirit as I am educated and ambitious but I simply can't afford to pay. Please help me so I won't lose my boat slip which will be ceased by the department of boating and they will sell my boat at auction to cover the boat overdue fees ...I am so humiliated and sad as I don't want to lose this boat and have to live when able on a friend couch or worse in the park with a tarp and sleeping bag... I hope you will please consider helping me out ...and help me get back to normal monthly affordable payments.
