Help Dean Mapa with Medical Expenses

My daughter and I have created this GoFundMe for my brother Dean, or Dinot as we affectionately call him. Dinot has a huge and loving heart, and has overcome many obstacles in his life. Unfortunately, in December 2021, he had a 2nd diabetic stroke that left him paralyzed on the right side. He has been bedridden since this event. He has been dependent on friends and family to support him, but it is challenging to keep up with the mounting medical bills and necessary medication to keep him healthy and alive. He is also blind in one eye and recently had cataract surgery on the other eye. The recovery from this procedure has been difficult. He lives in a 1 bedroom dwelling in a very remote part of the Philippines and endured a several-day blackout recently as high winds and storms swept the area from Typhoon Ondin. He also had polio in childhood which has given him lifelong mobility challenges. Our beloved Dean deserves a break - some financial stability and relief will go a long way for his physical and mental health as well.
