Support Dean Johnson and his family as they navigate this unimaginable journey

For those who may not know, Dean Johnson has been courageously fighting cancer since November 2024. He is now dealing with complications from his illness. This week, Dean and his devoted family made the heart-wrenching decision to stop all treatment, a choice that has profoundly impacted his friends and loved ones.

Dean dedicated 20+ years of his life to serving in the US Air Force. After retiring, he continued to support his country by working at the Boeing Company.

Dean was a source of joy and laughter for everyone around him. Known as the office prankster, he had a knack for surprises. If you ever asked to borrow a pen, you could expect a shocking surprise—literally! And if he offered you a cell phone, you might want to think twice, as it would likely come with a jolt as well. On his desk, he even has a toilet with an eight ball in the bowl, which he cleverly uses as a candy jar.

Dean is a passionate OKC Thunder fan and a season ticket holder. Whether he was at home or in the hospital, he undoubtedly cheered on his team as they celebrated their first National Championship this year!

Dean is a proud father of two grown children and a grandfather. His friends were grateful when Galina entered his life, and his face lit up with joy when he shared the news of his remarriage. Since the passing of his late wife, Kim, there had been a significant void in his life.

After speaking with the family, they have decided to use the donated funds for a memorial service. This will alleviate one burden they won't have to worry about.
