Help Deairra Relocate and Recover From Assault

Hi everyone my name is Deairra Graciano and I need your help getting the justice I deserve, On the night of Friday the 13th / early morning of the 14th my husband Franklin Blakley was in a car accident and hit by a drunk driver while trying to park his car in our car port at our apartment community. Upon me stepping outside to check on the situation the woman informed me she doesn’t have insurance so I told her I would have to call the police department. The woman took that as a threat and called her boyfriend and her friends who were at the time upstairs in her apartment unit. When the friends came outside they all walked past me at this time i was on the phone with 911 after her friends approached her and asked her who is it she pointed me out as the “driver” (Franklin was the driver I was inside my house) and told them “she’s annoying beat her ass” her friends said “what one” and that’s when the woman said “the girl in the pink shirt” I then let the 911 operator know that I was being approached and probably going to be assaulted and attacked the 911 operator asked me if i could go inside my house I said “yes I can but that would require me to turn my back to them and I don’t think that’s safe for me” almost immediately after I was attacked and assaulted by a woman and then her friend jumped in and that is when the driver said to her friend “here hit her with this” and then they began to strike me multiple times in the face neck and head with different parts from her car. When Franklin tried to get the girls off of me they then proceeded to strike him in the back of the head with the same parts. The drunk drivers boyfriend then pulled out a knife and was trying to stab Franklin and I. Upon the police departments arrival they detained me even though I was telling them I have my ID and I can prove I’m the caller “the victim” the officer said he didn’t want that. Instead he wanted me to remain detained in hand cuffs with my injured face smashed into a cement wall and left in the cold / rain with no shoes or socks on not even a jacket for an hour. After I was finally released I asked for an ambulance and I was ignored and after I positively identified my attacker they let her go with a citation and misdemeanor. The Modesto police officer said because my attack was not recorded there’s nothing they can do and my 7 minute 911 call (5 minutes of that is me being brutally assaulted) was not enough evidence. Not to mention the officers did NOT even take the weapon that was use and still intact for EVIDENCE. These people who attack me live in my apartment community they know where I live and what car I drive so my children and I are no longer safe in our home and we have to terminate our leasing agreement. I’m hoping I can raise enough money to help pay our deductible for uninsured motorists, our medical bills and to help relocate us due to us no longer being safe at home. Anything helps little or big we appreciate any and all donations. Thank you for taking the time to read our story. Cash app $majic1111 for smaller donations.
