Hello, my name is Teresa and I need financial assistance for my teenage daughter, Daytona. She's a beautiful young girl hoping for a future in dance, modeling, and horseback riding.

But her smile is holding her back! Through no fault of her own, I believe the medical issues I was going through and medications I was taking when I was pregnant with her caused her teeth to become brittle and start to crumble. Her dentist has referred her to a specialist that has quoted us thousands of dollars for multiple root canals, which is only the first step to start her smile journey. I can tell the older she gets, the more she's wanting to venture out and invite more friends into her life. And even though she's on the Autism Spectrum, soon she's gonna want to spread her wings and get a job or go to college and not want her teeth to hinder her from achieving those goals. She hides her smile as best as she can when she talks to others, and I just want to make that embarrassment all go away for good!
