Our beautiful big sister is in need of some love and kindness.

Dayna is the beginning of our sister chain and throughout our lives has supported each of us and our children in every way possible. Now Dayna needs our support as she recently was diagnosed with cancer.

Over the last few months, she has done a round of chemo before she continues with a round of radiation and then finally surgery. Having just completed the chemo portion she was feeling optimistic that she could go back to work. Unfortunately, her body had others plans and she suffered a minor heart attack over Labor Day weekend. While this doesn't stop her fight, it does make it impossible for her to work through the next round of radiation and surgery. The doctor has

advised that this next step is going to be a tough one and that she will need all the support she can get. While all of us are helping physically and emotionally, we are now asking for help financially.

Any little bit helps.

Currently she does not have medical insurance or employment. We are navigating and applying for any and all assistance programs, but we all know these things take time and often come with roadblocks or flat-out denials.
