Help Me Begin My Teaching Journey!

Hi everyone,

My name is Dayja , and I’m a recent graduate of Delaware State University .I’m thrilled to share that I’ve just accepted my dream job as a 3rd Grade General Education Teacher

This is a huge milestone for me. Teaching has always been my passion, and I’ve worked hard through college, student teaching, and countless hours of preparation to get to this point. Now, I have the incredible opportunity to begin my career doing what I love—helping children learn, grow, and believe in themselves.

As excited as I am, I’m currently facing the financial challenge of relocating and securing my first apartment near my place of employment. Moving means covering a number of upfront expenses: first and last month’s rent, a security deposit, and basic necessities to make my new space livable and comfortable.

That’s why I’m reaching out for support. Any contribution—no matter the amount—will go directly toward helping me get settled and start this new chapter strong and focused. Your kindness will allow me to step into the classroom fully prepared to give my all to my students.
