Help Dayanara’s Family Rebuild After Christmas Fire

Hi my name is Dayanara, I’m 19, and today on 12/25/24, Christmas Day, at around 5am our home caught on fire. My 2 year old son, my son’s father and I were thankfully woken up by our neighbor, who was knocking/banging on our door and bedroom window yelling that our house is on fire. We got out and saw a big flame where the smoke is coming out from in the picture. It started in the master bathroom, right next to the master bedroom where we were sleeping. Shortly after firefighters, cops, and ambulance arrived. I am raising funds because as you can see the outside, the inside is worse. It only affected the master bathroom and bedroom where we were sleeping along with the closet. We had only been living here since November 6th doing remodeling, and we don’t have home insurance. This is a long reach but anything would help since we’ll be doing the repairs. Thank you!

Hola mi nombre es Dayanara, tengo 19 años y hoy 25/12/24, día de Navidad, alrededor de las 5 am se incendió nuestra casa. Afortunadamente, mi hijo de 2 años, el padre de mi hijo y yo fuimos despertados por nuestro vecino, que estaba tocando/golpeando la puerta y la ventana de nuestro dormitorio gritando que nuestra casa estaba en llamas. Salimos y vimos una gran llama de donde salía el humo en la imagen. Comenzó en el baño principal, justo al lado del dormitorio principal donde dormíamos. Poco después llegaron bomberos, policías y una ambulancia. Estoy recaudando fondos porque como veis por fuera, por dentro es peor. Solo afectó al baño principal y al dormitorio donde dormíamos junto con el armario. Solo llevábamos viviendo aquí desde el 6 de noviembre haciendo remodelaciones y no tenemos seguro de hogar. Este es un largo alcance, pero cualquier cosa ayudaría ya que estaremos haciendo las reparaciones. Gracias!
