My name is Brady, I am starting a fundraiser for my buddy Daxton. Dax has been in a wheelchair all of his life due to his Cerebral Palsy. Even though this disability has made daily living actives more difficult for Dax, it has never stoped him from being happy, positive or from chasing his dreams. Dax enjoys being active like many others and even works a day job, this has required that he push through some of the struggles to have what he wants.

Wheelchair life isn't easy, especially when insurance only pays for what they deem as "necessary", when Daxton had his wheelchair replaced recently he was informed that it would not have the capabilities that he had with previous chair, specifically being able to move him into a fully standing position. This was a tough blow to Dax. Without the ability to stand in his chair he wouldn't be able to cook in the kitchen anymore, it limits several workouts he enjoys at the gym and makes it harder for him to use the restroom at his work and puts him at risk for losing his job for how much time he takes in the restroom otherwise. Most importantly, it makes him feel like a lesser human being. Please help us get this back for Daxton. We want so badly for him to feel empowered once again.
