Help Dawson Recover

Hello, my name is Connie. I am trying to help my son Dawson (25) who is currently out of work due to an ACL surgery, inside and outside meniscus repair. However, they were only able to repair the inside meniscus. The outside meniscus was too far gone, so they just cleaned it up by trimming it back. He will be in a mechanical brace for 3 months at a minimum, he currently has the brace on and is on crutches. It will be a hard recovery. Dawson plans on being ready to start his PE classes come August at the elementary school.

Dawson is an outstanding young man, always at any event his sister is in to support her. He spends a lot of time with his dad, myself, and his sister. When I was in the trauma center last year, Dawson stayed every night with me. He wanted to make sure his dad could be home with his sister. He wasn't leaving me to be alone at night in the trauma center. That incident has financially devastated me or I would just pay his medical bills and monthly bills.

Dawson has been the assistant coach for varsity boys basketball for 4 years. He helps out with the JV team also when needed. Dawson also supports the kids playing other sports as well by showing up for as much as possible. Dawson had been a substitute teacher, and now that it's summer, he can't work due to the healing process. Dawson starts full-time at the elementary school on August 14th. He has co-pays, medical bills, medicine bills, as well as his regular monthly bills that he is needing some assistance with. Any and all help that you are able to do is greatly appreciated.
