Help Dawson Attend Future Docs Abroad in Greece
Donation protected
My son Dawson is a driven and focused student who has dreamed of becoming a doctor of anesthesiology for as long as I can remember. He’s been on the High Honor Roll since 6th grade, top of his class and will be a Junior this year at Jersey Community High School. Dawson’s passion for medicine and his commitment to academic excellence have inspired him to pursue every opportunity to learn and grow in the field.
Recently, Dawson attended the National Future Physicians and Medical Scientists Congress in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was inducted into the National Society of Torch and Laurel—a selective honor society for high-achieving high school students. This recognition is a testament to his dedication and the hard work he puts into his studies and future goals.
Dawson was also accepted into the Future Docs Abroad Program, which will take place in Athens, Greece in June 2026. This program offers a unique chance for high school students to gain hands-on experience in the medical field, especially in a country where there aren’t HIPAA restrictions. Dawson is excited to learn directly from medical professionals, observe procedures, and immerse himself in a new culture. He knows that this experience will help him stand out when applying to universities and bring him one step closer to his dream of becoming a doctor of anesthesiology.
We are raising funds to help cover the costs associated with this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. While the program fee includes airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation in Athens, and meals, there are additional expenses such as getting Dawson to the departure city, obtaining his passport, and purchasing the required scrubs and white coat. Your support will help make this dream a reality for Dawson and give him the chance to take a big step toward his future in medicine.
