My husband was critically ill for some time, undergoing dialysis and facing many health challenges. Recently, he suffered a massive stroke that he sadly did not survive. Losing him has left me and our son, who is health challenged as well, and college bound in a very difficult position. Social security denied my widow's benefits because I am only 48, which has made things even harder for us during this time of loss and grief.
We had tried to prepare for emergencies, but all of the fail-safes we put in place have not worked out. Now, I am facing funeral expenses and the urgent need to keep our lives afloat while I work to secure our future. The financial strain is overwhelming, and I am doing everything I can to provide for my son and myself as we try to rebuild a life without him.
I would be forever appreciative to anyone who can help us during this journey of starting over. Your support will help cover funeral costs and give us a chance to get back on our feet. Thank you for considering helping us in our time of need.
