Help dawn continue her joy

Hi , my name is david. My wife has multiple sclerosis and spend much time in bed. She has found that fishing frim a boat gives her a new lease of life. Just being able to do what she loves brings us both great joy. Unfortunately Just this week the electric reel you see in the picture broke...this reel enables her to do what others do naturally as she has slight movement in her left arm which she uses to push the lever to reel in the fish. At this time we are unable to replace due to cost. Any help geatefully accepted. Kind regards david and dawn
