On January 1, 2026, a day that Dawn and Matt Lopiccolo would normally spend celebrating their wedding anniversary, Matt was rushed to the hospital by EMS due to a serious medical emergency. Since then, he has been fighting through a pulmonary embolism, a heart attack, and several minor strokes.

Despite the severity of these setbacks, Matt is a fighter and has communicated “I love you” to Dawn. That strength and love continue to carry them forward.
