To family and friends: This GoFundMe appeal is for my daughter Dawn DeCicco

Raboin. Her husband Eddie Black Raboin suffered a major stroke on Monday,

February 23rd, and a week and a half later remains in ICU with a blood clot in his

brain and aspirational pneumonia. Dawn is struggling to keep up with daily

expenses. As you may know, Dawn has a genetic disorder that makes many of life’s

daily activities difficult. At this point it looks like a long road ahead for both Dawn

and Eddie, and hopefully this fund will ease the financial burden that Dawn is
