Help a Public School Teacher Get Back on Her Feet

Hi everyone,

My name is Dawn, and I’m a full-time public school teacher doing my best to make a difference in the lives of my students. As a single woman, I’ve always tried to manage things on my own, even working an extra side job to make ends meet, but recent unexpected expenses have brought me to a difficult crossroads — and I’m humbly asking for help.

My car, which is essential for getting to work and daily life, now urgently needs new brakes and rotors. It’s no longer safe to drive, and I can’t afford the repairs on my current income.

At the same time, my home air conditioning system failed during the peak of summer. Before it died completely, it caused my electric bill to skyrocket — and now I’m left with an extremely high utility bill.

Between these two major issues, I’m overwhelmed. I’m reaching out through this campaign to ask for support from my community — friends, family, and anyone who may be moved to help.

Funds will go directly toward:

• Car repairs (brakes and rotors)

• Paying off the electric bill
