Hi, my name is David Murphy iam a 38yr old married hardworking man with kids and grand kid from glenbrien Co wexford,

I am fundraising to raise funds to help me afford legal representation vs corrupt members of the garda and local tds, . Firstly I was stopped on the road by an unknown person to me in a road rage incident where I was abused called names and threatened all in front of my wife, turns out this man ilwas an off duty garda, I rang the local station in enniscorthy to report an aggressive man stopped me in the road claiming to be an off duty guard and the man on the phone asked did I get his reg number? I said , no but I think he lives down the village I wil go and have a word and get the reg, the guard replied yes do and ring back with the reg,, I proceed to this man's house and he assaulted me and trapped me in his garden as he closed the gates upon my entry, I had this recorded and drove to the station and showed the evidence to the guard I spoke with on the phone pierce murphy, after seeing it pierce called his sergeant and they both cane from behind the counter assaulted me wrestling me to the ground takin my phone to delete the video, next day I got my phone back as I had a solicitor ring them after it happened, then Thursday morning 15 men in riot gear armed with battons pepperspray at 630 am took me from my house humiliating me in my underpants threw my clothes in the conservatory, raided my house for the camera footage and any evidence that could incriminate this off duty guard, all them men and a search warrent signed by a judge to charge me with criminal damage to a green carrhartt t-shirt , that's surly an abuse of powers and what ever lies where told under oath in a court to obtain such warrent must be found out, there is loads of points that don't make sense, then this guard had is friends dad td paddy kavanagh spread rumours that drugs and weapons where taken from my house which he admitted to relaying that to others in the local pub, there is a misuse of powers, basic human rights violated,and defamation of character and loads more violations made by certain members of the Force in their handling of this situation and I want to get to the bottom of it find the people directly responsible for their part in tryin to blacken my name and credibility and sue them and clear my name, this ain't the 1st of this type of behaviour to happen but ppl don't wanna stand up to the corruption out of fear, that's not me i lol dig my heals in and fight to the bitter end and maybe this will be the change that's needed to clean up the force and restore some faith in the public, iam not poor and do work bit iam not in a position to get into debt to fund this battle that leys in front of me, I was dragged into a battle I don't want to be in, but now iam here and my back is against the wall and iam asking for the help of the Irish people join me and help me fight the good fight
