Help Davita Carter Build a Sustainable Home

Hi my name is Davita Carter. I am raising money for a down payment on a cabin to put on our property, so we can build our home and homestead by April 30th Deadline for this sale. We purchased an acre of land last February and I graduated from Virginia State University College of Agriculture for Sustainable Urban Agriculture Certificate Program. We are Facing Houselessness and own land and need to get on our property to live Sustainably.

I was asked to keep this fundraiser going and told to raise it to $10,000 for our build. I will pray about it tonight and wait to see what God says? I reached and surpassed the 1st 2 goals of $250 for down payment. Then I talked to Cabin Company and they said the bigger down payment we put down the lower our payments will be monthly. We do have to put plumbing, walls, floors, ceiling, Septic system, and build kitchen, bathroom and walls for bedroom and bathroom. I raised the goal to $2000 this morning. For our travel expenses to get to North Carolina from Georgia for setting up our cabin in 6-7 weeks. The only way is Greyhound and Uber to get to our property.
