Help Davin’s 2nd Fight Against Leukemia

Davin is battling Leukemia for the 2nd time in his young life. He is now 11 years old and first had the illness as a 5 year old. He was in complete remission for a few years and had just been cleared by the doctors to play sports.

We learned the devastating news that the cancer had returned in January. He has needed to be hospitalized many times, sometimes for long periods. He has had to undergo many procedures, experienced severe nausea and pain and has been unable to attend school or social functions. Davin has 5 siblings he loves dearly and misses while at the hospital. We are raising funds to help with transportation costs, items for Davin and missed work due to one parent needing to be with Davin while he is in the hospital and one parent needing to care for the other children.

The most need for support will be in the months of July and August. Davin will need to stay in the hospital for 1-2 months for a Bone Marrow Transplant. His little sister Miriam is the donor and will be hospitalized for a short time as well.
