Hello my name is Stephen and I am creating this campaign due to the sudden loss of my younger brother David John. On November 5th, at 10:30am, our beloved brother was found dead by a park ranger at Colina Del Sol Park in San Diego, California, just four days after celebrating his birthday. We are left in disbelief, overwhelmed, in tears, and in pain with no answers.
