Help David Walk Again: Support His Recovery

Updated photos of post amputation.

On November 3rd, David’s life changed in an instant. He's a lifelong fitness lover, loving son, brother, father and husband. David was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident that left his leg severely injured. Since then, he’s endured countless surgeries, and a battle trying to save his leg — all while staying strong and fighting to get back to the life he loves. David is self employed with a painting business, and the person at fault sadly had minimal insurance to be exhausted.
But now, after every effort and every ounce of determination, David faces a new challenge: his leg must be amputated.
This decision was not made lightly, but it’s the best path forward for David to begin healing fully — physically and mentally. It opens the door to new possibilities, including the use of a prosthetic leg that will allow him to get back to the gym, enjoy the outdoors, and be the active, present dad, husband, brother and friend that we know and love. David has been navigating this entire journey without the proper insurance to support him. He’s endured the physical pain and the emotional toll with strength and faith but the lack of coverage meant delayed treatments, out-of-pocket expenses, and limited access to the care he truly needed during this journey.
Funds raised will help cover:
A quality, high-performance prosthetic
Physical therapy and rehabilitation
Home modifications and equipment for daily life
Medical costs
Support as he rebuilds his life and gets back to doing what he loves
