Help David the Shepherd Recover from Surgery

*Update David is home and doing well. He thinks nothing happened to him and is trying to play all the time. Elizabeth is not allowing this obviously as he still has a long way to go to recover from surgery. Thank you to everyone that has helped us help David and had us in your prayers. Truly blessed by the people that surround me in this life.

My name is Devin Jones. I am a US Marine of 11 years, currently still on active duty and away at work. My best friend David (Davy, an 8-year-old shepherd) woke up with a ruptured spleen. He is currently on his way to the emergency room to undergo surgery. After the surgery, we will know if he will be with us for a short time or a long time.

This is a very expensive surgery but David is family to us and there is no price I wouldn’t pay. I’m looking to raise money to help with the surgery cost and post-surgery cost. David may need additional care afterwards if it comes back cancerous. If you donate, I will keep you posted and give you all of David's updates as he fights through this.
