My name is David, and I'm reaching out for help during a really difficult time. For the past two months, I've been unemployed and doing everything I can to find work—submitting job applications every single day. Unfortunately, the job market in my area is very thin, and despite my best efforts, I haven't been able to secure a new position yet.
Because of this, I'm now two months behind on my rent. While my rent isn't considered expensive for California, it's become a real struggle for me to keep up. The stress of possibly losing my home is overwhelming, and I'm doing everything I can to avoid becoming homeless, as that would make it even harder to get back on my feet.
If I can get some support right now, it would mean I could stay in my home and focus all my energy on my job search, instead of having to sell my belongings just to get by. I want to personally thank Charlie Brugnolotti and Tristan Carson for their help during these times, and if I didn't mention you by name, please know that I appreciate your ongoing support and encouragement. Any donation, no matter the size, would mean the world to me and help me get through this challenging period.
