David Ortiz is an amazing husband, a lifelong Miami Dolphins fan, and someone who Loves Life. Since we met on Facebook in 2019, David has filled our time together with lots of laughter, faith and music. Even now, as he faces serious health challenges, He is on Hospice and is bedridden at home, Hospice has given him upto 3-6 Months to live,

David has Cirrhosis End stage Liver Disease, He is trying to remain strong. He finds happiness in watching Dolphins games, catching up with friends online, and enjoying his favorite shows and classic rock,

Everyday, I do my best to keep him comfortable.

With David being on hospice care, the supplies provided—like protective briefs, chucks, and wipes, and vomit Bags—are not enough to meet his daily needs. With limited income from SSDI, it’s difficult to afford the extra supplies that make a real difference in Taking care of him his comfort and dignity. Some days, David needs far more than what hospice can provide, and What I try to get what I can afford,

I want to make sure he has everything necessary to stay clean, comfortable, and cared for. The kindness of friends and family has helped, but the need continues.
