I am launching this campaign to raise at least $6,500, I hope, to protect my home perimeter from an upcoming municipal tax sale.

I experienced a sudden Retaliatory Termination from a state job. My last day of work was April 6 and I filed for Unemployment Benefits the first week of July, so there has been no paycheck from either work or Unemployment for over 5 months. That explains the overdue bills.

The tax sale was scheduled for September 29 but I have temporarily delayed it.

Maliciously and unfairly, they have challenged my Unemployment Payments, and I've had two Appeals. I caught them on audiotape telling lies during the first appeal and so they got flustered and ended the hearing for a continuation. So that first hearing was August 21 and the second hearing didn't occur until September 28. It is now two weeks since the second hearing and there still is no decision.

IT SEEMS THEY ARE PLAYING A CRUEL DELAYING GAME, STARVING ME COMPLETELY OF FUNDS FOR OVER FIVE MONTHS (5 MONTHS) SO FAR.

The amount of money in the Unemployment fund is just a little over $10,000 and that is just basically SURVIVAL MONEY while I seek other employment, perhaps trucking or teaching.

PHRC, The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission has accepted my case based on age and sex discrimination (there are other malicious issues involved, but PHRC can only handle certain types of discrimination issues, but I'm glad that PHRC agrees with me that I have a case on THOSE issues).

It is POSSIBLE that PHRC might win the case outright (or negitiate and arbitrate) and it is POSSIBLE that I would be re-instated. It was a very hostile work environment.

It has been draining my time and energy fighting these appeals, acting as my own lawyer. Some have told me to get a lawyer, but that would eat up much of, or most of, or more than the amount of the Unemployment Assistance (or survival) money.

I could conduct a much better job search without all the stress and the drain on my time and energy fighting the malicious fat cats with their government jobs from which THEY, somehow, can never get fired.

Lying under oath is cause for immediate termination.

While my formal Unemployment Compensation appeals are actively moving through the state system to recover my back pay, these ongoing administrative delays have completely frozen my baseline income stream, leaving me short of the immediate cash needed to settle my back property taxes or pay utilities.

Every single dollar raised by this campaign will be paid directly to the Dauphin County Tax Claim Bureau to satisfy the back assessments and permanently pull my home off the auction block. Thank you for your time and your solidarity.
