Hi, I am Allery and the person I am trying to reach out and get support for is David Perry. He has been legally blind since he was 18. Unfortunately, his retinas got detached (pretty much the thing that is holding your eyeballs in your head) and he had his first surgery, yet he still can't see. They told him he would eventually go completely blind and have a seeing eye dog. As he grew older, he started to form cataracts on both of his eyes. They started to remove them, but his eyes are so bad that the doctor had to stop and send him to Lexington in the middle of surgery. Now, a few years later, the eye doctor told him he could have a surgery done and it would significantly improve his vision, hopefully to the point of him being able to work and be independent. We are trying to get donations to help pay for the operation. With his fixed income, he can't afford insurance, which is a shame. So please, any cent, anything helps
