Help David overcome his legal battle.

David's reality changed in the blink of an eye! He lost his home and his job. He's not a violent man he couldn't harm anyone he really is a good hearted person. He got into some legal troubles involving a certain quantity of marijuana. He is the kind of man that will do all he can to help someone, he's a great dad, son, brother, husband, and Papa! He's a hard-working man just trying to help take care of his kids and his family. He is facing up to 10 years. The financial setback that has come with this is why he lost everything. The bond alone took everything he had!

He is 53 years he is established he is not a troublemaker he's never been in trouble like this before. He really is a good-hearted family man. Yes some people will say that the law is the law but should his life be ruined and taken for something that's legal in almost every other state?

His family contacted a few different lawyers and with the right one he could get it dropped to a misdemeanor with probation, community service and a hefty fine. Our goal is between $7,000 and $12,000. All money raised will go to the retainer fee, legal defense, a new place to live and any other things he needs to stay afloat until he gets through this.
