Help David Overcome His Medical Crisis

My name is David. I’m 37 years old and an electrician by trade. I recently got a severe infection in my feet, leading to the amputation of my left foot below the knee and the removal of the right toe. My wife is the only one working now that i cannot. She also had to add me to her health insurance because I didn’t have any other option. That is costing us $550 a month that is coming directly out of her check. We are desperately needing financial help with rent and utilities. I have applied for disability but they say that could take up to a year. At that point we will probably be homeless. If anyone can help that would be amazing. I have reached out to every community resource and have gotten no response.
