Not long ago, David was living a full hardworking life. He showed up everday, did his job, paid his bills. Then, without warning, everything changed.
Our family walked into the hospital expecting a routine heart procedure. We were told it would improve David's quality of life and give him many more years of laughter and memories with us. We never imagined that David wouldn't walk out of that hospital the same person.
During the procedure, a devastating complication occurred. Oxygen was cut off to the brain, resulting in a hypoxic brain injury.
This brain injury took away David's ability to work and live independently in the way he once could.
Now, David has no steady income. Savings are gone, medical and living expenses continue to grow, and the threat of homelessness is now very real.
David needs help covering basic living expenses, housing, utilities, food and essential care.
No contribution is too small. Whether it's $5 dollars or more, every donation goes directly toward ensuring David has a roof over his head.
If you cannot donate at this time please consider sharing this link, it would be greatly appreciated.
