My name is David Lamb, and I’m reaching out with a humble heart as I face one of the hardest battles of my life—head and neck cancer. This diagnosis has turned my world upside down, bringing with it not just physical and emotional pain, but also overwhelming financial stress.

Since my diagnosis, I have found out I will have to undergo surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation, feeding tube, and there’s still a long road ahead. The side effects, appointments, prescriptions, and travel costs have added up quickly. Unfortunately, despite having insurance, there are many expenses that aren’t covered. Things like co-pays, special nutrition needs, transportation, and lost income as I will be unable to work for the next 3+ months. All of this has made this already difficult journey even more challenging.

I never imagined having to ask for help like this, but I know I can’t do it alone. I’m fighting every day to heal and regain my strength, and any support—no matter how small—will help ease the burden and allow me to focus on getting better.
