This is for my dad, David Jansen.

Most of you know him as “DJ”.

Right now he is in the hospital and we are unsure of what is going on completely at the moment but it is very serious as medical scans have come back very concerning.

My dad will not be able to work for an extended period of time and we would appreciate any help we can get to pay for bills and or medical care.

Everyone who knows my dad knows that he is always willing to help everyone whenever he can.

Any help would be very appreciated and i will make updates to his condition as we get answers
