David and Janie Wymer need your help as they face an unexpected medical emergency.

While helping a neighbor clear brush, David fell six feet as a rotted step collapsed beneath him. David luckily avoided landing on the chainsaw that he was using, but the fall resulted in a serious injury that will require surgery with a long, complicated recovery.

David will not be able to put weight on his foot post surgery for 10 weeks and the full recovery is expected to be 8 months or more.

This GoFundMe is being created to help ease the financial burden that comes with surgery, medical bills, physical therapy, and months of rehabilitation. Every dollar raised will go directly to David and Janie Wymer, allowing them to focus on what truly matters — healing and getting back to the life they love.
