On Monday, November 30th David tested positive for Covid-19 and on Tuesday December 1st was admitted to South Central Regional Medical center for Covid-19 and double pneumonia. Though his situation seemed to be improving on Friday December 4th he was transferred to ICU and placed on a ventilator.
David has been an EMT for 44 years, a member of Shady Grove Volunteer Fire Department for 21, and chief of the department for 7.
He has spent his entire life helping others. Whether it’s in an ambulance or on the back of a fire truck, he’s always the first to respond and the last to leave. Now he needs our help. This Go Fund Me is set up to help with medical expenses that will accrue during his hospitalization.
