Help David Get a New Engine

Let's Buy David a Motor. Poor David learned today what a vacuum leak and high revs on a cold engine with no time to pump oil around will do to itself. Bare metal slammed into bare metal and the two decided to briefly bond and swap molecules. This happened enough times for enough molecules to free themselves in an unplanned manner to the point of fractured failure.

I feel bad for him. He is such an earnest and sincere person that I want to insulate him from the pain this caused. As such, I propose that we try to help him and also make him suffer through an engine swap for our reading pleasure. Accordingly, I recommend nominal $5 donations to procure the best replacement motor we can. Will it be a $1,000, 183k miles wreck survivor or an LS crate motor? I hope for the latter.
