Dear Friends and Family,

I'm reaching out with a humble heart to share something deeply personal. My husband David has been dealing with heart problems for almost 15 years now. On October 20th of this year he had a Heart Attack that almost took him from us. His heart is only pumping blood with the temporary assistance of a machine right now called an "Impella". He urgently needs a Heart Transplant in order for him to survive. While we are grateful for the incredible medical team guiding us, the costs - recovery care, especially the costs of his anti-rejection meds - are beyond overwhelming for us.
