Help David get a Kidney transplant
My name is David Lloyd. I am 32 years old and have been living with Kidney disease for 14 years. I have been undergoing treatment after a recent hospital stay I found out that I'm in kidney failure. One of my kidney's is operating at 12%. After various tests and doctors appointments, my current treatment plan is to be put on the kidney transplant list. As a result, I have taken a leave of absence from work, so I can undergo preparations for the transplant, as I have to be ready to receive a kidney at anytime.
During my leave of absence from work, I have to undergo a lot of dental work which is costly, as well as start to save money for the medication that I will have to take once I get a transplant.
My dental work is going to cost around $6,000.
The transplant surgery is $3,000 out of pocket and the medicine that I must take costs around $3,000-$4,000 a month, out of pocket.
I have successfully changed my eating habits and am working on lifestyle changes to ensure that my body is ready for the new kidney. The biggest hurdle I have to overcome now, is to be able to afford all of the procedures and medications going forward, this is where I need your help.
Please consider donating to help me afford this lifesaving procedure and all of the medical needs that follow. I'm also asking that you share my story with your friends and family, so hopefully I can reach this large goal, so I can focus all of my energy on my health. I hope and pray to live for many more years to come, but need your help.
Thanks in advance for your love, support & prayers.
David
