Help David (Fred) McCaskill Fight Kidney Failure Hello, my

Hello, my name is David McCaskill (Fred). I never imagined I’d be writing something like this, but life has taken an unexpected turn.

I was recently diagnosed with kidney failure caused by high blood pressure I didn’t even know I had. There were no warning signs, and by the time I found out, it was too late the damage was already done. Now, I’m on dialysis, fighting every day to keep going.

This illness has made it impossible for me to work. I’m struggling to keep up with my bills and to get back and forth to my medical appointments. I also have a daughter I love dearly, and it breaks my heart that I can’t provide for her the way I want to.

I’m asking, from the bottom of my heart, for any help you can give whether it’s a donation, sharing my story, or even keeping me in your prayers. Every bit helps, and I’m truly grateful for any support.
