After standing up for someone who needed my support, I found myself without a home and facing an uncertain future. My dad and stepmom didn’t believe the person I was trying to help, and as a result, I was asked to leave. Since then, I’ve been living in North Carolina, spending my days in the heat and feeling abandoned and lost. The emotional toll has been heavy, and I’m doing my best to stay hopeful despite the challenges.

Right now, I’m on my own and trying to find a way forward. Without work or a place to stay, every day is a struggle. I’m seeking financial assistance to help me secure shelter and cover basic needs while I get my bearings and plan my next steps.
