In November 2024, our lives changed forever when my brother, David Heller, was diagnosed with Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG)—a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer. Since then, he has been courageously fighting a battle no one should ever have to face.

DMG affects vital areas of the brain, making treatment especially complex and limited. Despite the heartbreaking diagnosis, my brother has shown incredible strength, hope, and determination. He is committed to pursuing every possible avenue for treatment.

But with this fight comes an overwhelming financial burden. The costs of medical expenses continue to grow. Insurance only covers a portion—and much of what he needs most is not covered at all.
