Help My Father Battle Cholangiocarcinoma
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,
We are reaching out for your support during an incredibly challenging time for our family. Our father, David Brewer, was unexpectedly diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma in 2022. This rare and aggressive form of cancer affects the bile ducts and has turned our world upside down.
For the past two years our father has been bravely battling this disease with all his strength. He is a pillar of strength and love in our family, always ready to help others and share his wisdom and kindness. Now, he needs our help to continue this fight.
Why We Need Your Help
Cholangiocarcinoma is a tough adversary, and the treatments are intense and costly. The best chance for our father to overcome this disease is a liver transplant. This procedure, along with the associated medical expenses, presents a significant financial challenge. While we are doing everything we can to support him, the costs are quickly becoming unmanageable.
Our Goal
We are aiming to raise $10,000 to cover the expenses related to the liver transplant and associated medical care, including:
• Pre-transplant evaluations and tests
• The liver transplant surgery itself
• Post-transplant medications and follow-up care
• Travel expenses to and from the transplant center
• Daily care and support during recovery
Why This Matters
Our father has always been there for us, and now it’s our turn to be there for him. With your generous donations, we can focus on his recovery and provide him with the best possible care without the constant worry of financial strain. Every dollar raised will go directly towards his liver transplant and recovery.
How You Can Help
• Donate: Any amount, no matter how small, will make a huge difference.
• Pray: Keep my father in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate this difficult journey.
We are deeply grateful for any support you can provide, whether it’s a donation, a share, or a prayer. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us fight this battle.
With gratitude,
The Brewer Family
