But during a recent one-year follow-up, we received devastating news: the cancer had returned, and had now spread to his liver, lungs, and pelvic area.

Even in the face of this, David remains incredibly strong. He is determined to keep fighting, not only for himself, but for his young family who depend on him every day.

His medical team has recommended an aggressive treatment plan that combines specialized chemotherapy with surgery and targeted radiotherapy. This approach offers real hope for long term remission but it comes at a significant financial cost.
