On 1/27 David was diagnosed with cancer at Winter Haven Hospital. This was shocking news since we thought he just had the flu. That night he was sent to St. Joseph Hospital at Tampa for further studies.

St. Joseph discover he has some small Brain bleeds due to his platelet count low, was going to Kidney failure and bleeding internally. They performed a Bone Marrow Biopsy, which can indicate which Leukemia he has. Also, they were able to reverse his kidney failure.

1/31- He was then transfer to Tampa General Hospital which was confirmed he has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) a type of cancer in which the bone marrow makes too many white blood cell. Chemotherapy which will start on 2/5. He will be there for 4-6 weeks to have IV Chemo along with Chemo pills. MRI of the Brain was done, he still has small brain bleeds with a little brain swelling.

Our Family is heartbroken with this devastating news. We are still shocked but we are going to be strong with him. He has a very positive attitude, telling us he's going to be fine. We are asking for help for his medical bills. Anything will help <3
