Hello, my name is Karina Garcia, currently living in New York City, and I am here to raise money to help David Burrell and the people of Lime Hall, St. Ann, Jamaica, WI.

Hurricane Melissa hit the island Tuesday, Oct 28, 2025, and left David and others without a home. The people of Jamaica are left hopeless as the hurricane took everything with it; property is damaged and flooded.

My heart is broken for the people of Jamaica, but the people are resilient and will come out stronger.

As of right now, the place he calls home on Gravel Hill is no longer a home. The hurricane took the roof with her, and all items and furniture are ruined. The house next door, which houses two young boys, is also damaged. I would like to offer my help by donating and helping to rebuild the homes they lost. I would like to reach as many people as possible.

I am asking for help as it takes a village. Any donation helps and goes a long way. Let’s show the people of Lime Hall and David that they are not alone.
