Hello All,

My name is B. Michael Miklavic Jr. I wanted to help my best friend out by creating this for him and his family. David and Kirsten have been an integral part of my family’s life. They have been so helpful in so many aspects. Kirsten has been hospitalized now for about a month and has had several surgeries with no real improvements to her condition. It is unclear still to many doctors as to what is causing her problems in the lower GI area. Kirsten just wants to be home with her family, but it is clear that until the real problem is found she will be hospitalized for some time; the recovery time afterwards may be extensive. David has since been working at Hunter Truck and continuing odd job's to make ends meet along with supporting his son Levi and stepdaughter Lydia. I ask that we all come together and help these wonderful people as much as we can.

Kirsten may be getting transferred to another facility for further care.

11/23-2024

Kirsten is home but is still having medical problems with GI and will have a follow up appointment this coming week. If problems are persistent it is likely she will be back in the hospital for further testing of which her and David may elect for a different health care network.

Kirsten was taken back to the hospital and now has been diagnosed with pancreatitis, she will have a follow up this coming week for further treatments.

Doctors have found a problem with an artery at Kirsten’s heart which will require surgery.
