Help David Afford Rent and Food

My name is David.

I had emergency heart surgery in April and have been told that my heart is damaged. I am now a permanent heart patient with a low heart function. They want to put a permanent defibrillator into my chest in October. I have been unable to work for five months and now likely unable to ever work again.

I live alone and can no longer afford my rent or food.

Please help.
