Help Dave's Recovery

My best friend of 45 years, Kim Leitza Polster and her long time partner David Hanrath, are currently going through a very tough time financially. The past week has been very emotionally draining as the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, Dave suffered a minor heart attack. Three of his major arteries were blocked, all over 90%, which is what prompted the heart attack in the first place. After going through open heart surgery (quadruple bypass), Dave still has to undergo surgery to his carotid artery in January. He has a government job that we just found out does not have short term disability. With all of his procedures, he will not be able to return to work for quite a while which makes it difficult to take care of all of the bills they share (not to mention the medical bills to follow). If you could kindly give anything to help, it would be greatly appreciated. Hoping for a safe and speedy recovery for Dave!!!
