Surgical technologist student at Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood, WA (3rd quarter of 7)
OR Volunteer at the local community hospital in Grays Harbor County
OB tech (in training) at the Family Birth Center (assisting with C-sections, et cetera)

This fundraiser is so that I can attend and volunteer at the 2024 American Association of Surgical PAs (AASPA) annual conference in Boston, MA held on August 28-30. The conference will be a great opportunity for me to learn more about life as a surgical PA, attend the pre-PA seminar on Thursday, August 29th, and network with a supportive group of PAs enthusiastic about surgery and educating surgical PAs. I will be assisting with the front desk, setting up workshops, and moderating to introduce speakers.
