Dave Gilarski Recovery Fund

Dave Gilarski is one of the kindest men on the planet.  David would he give anyone he could, the shirt off his back.  He is a doting father to Thomas and Amy, and wonderful husband to Jeanna.  This past weekend, Dave called his wife while working his side job delivering pizzas, with slurred speech and confusion.  She convinced him to pull over but he was not sure where he was.  After searching frantically for her husband, she decided 911 was the best course of action.

Once found by the police, still disoriented, David was rushed to the ER via ambulance to be checked out. Doctors found two masses on David's brain.   One of them is very large and requires emergency surgery.  Dave will be heading in to surgery today (2/11/20).  His greatest concern though, is not for himself but for his wife and children.
  Best case scenario, after surgery is complete, they will be faced with hefty medical bills and at least 6 weeks of David out of work for physical therapy and recovery.  I would like to see Dave worry less about the financial aspect and more about his recovery.
