Help Dave stay in school.

When I moved to Portland for grad school, I had to move into campus housing. I did not have the income to qualify for a place off campus, and I didn't know anyone in the area to rent a room from.
The school gave me a handful of options for a payment plan. None of which I could do since my job on campus only pays me once a month. So when I moved to Portland in the middle of September, I went until Halloween without a check.
My checks were insufficient to make the payment plan they had lined out for me and pay my other bills.
This all happened since I am being charged out of state toution. Something I did not know until a few weeks before the quarter started. I thought my financial aid would cover my primary bills, and my job on campus would cover the rest. This did not happen. Now, I am facing a huge bill, and if I do not have this bill paid off before the start of next term, I will lose my place to live, and I will be out of school.
Any money donated to this will go directly to my housing so that I can stay in school and finish my Master's.
I have gotten a second job, so this will no longer be an issue.
I have exhausted every option the city of Portland and the school have directed me to with no help. I don't qualify for SNAP since I am in grad school.
Thank you for anything you do.
